The apartment is equipped with linen, towels, table linen, and equipped kitchen.
The daily cleaning, except for the cooking area, is included in the price of the suite: the use of the kitchen involves an additional expense of Euro 50.00 for the final cleaning and the waste disposal.

Confirm of reservation: your reservation is confirmed and guaranteed by a credit card number (expiry date) and by the name and surname of its owner.
Way of payment: cash, cheque, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Carta Si) or Bancomat.
Conditions of cancellation: in according to the European regulations and in the absence of other agreement, in case of cancellation, we will debit you the following penalties ( % on the total price of the stay): -within 15 days of the arrival day 0% -from the 14th to the 4th day before the arrival day 50% -from the 3rd to the arrival day 100%
In case of no show, delayed arrival, or early departure, we will debit you the 100% of the services, which you have required but not enjoyed.
